Refund Policy

Defective, Damaged or Misprinted

Any claims for defective, damaged or misprinted items must be submitted within 1 week after the product has been received. Photo evidence(s) will be subsequently required as proof. Claims verified an error on our part are covered at our expense, and you may choose to get refund or a replacement item. Wrong Size, Color or Item Choices

Buyers are kindly advised to choose the correct size based on the Size Guide provided in each product description, as we do not accept returns for size exchanges. Different products may have different fit and sizing (e.g. Sizing and fit across Basic, Classic, Premium and Organic T-Shirts may not be the same), so please only refer to the respective Size Guide for the particular product that you are buying. If you find yourself having a size that is in between 2 sizes (e.g. S and M size), the general rule is always go for the larger size (e.g. M size in this example).


We also do not refund orders for buyerā€™s remorse or mistakes. This applies to the wrong color, size, model or item being chosen, etc. Thus, it is a good practice to check that all information is correct upon checkout. We seek your kind understanding and support on this matter.

Out of Stock or Discontinued Items

In the rare occurrence that a product is suddenly out of stock (due to very high demand) or discontinued, we will reach out to you to ask if you would like an alternative item or a refund.

Wrong or Invalid Address

All addresses must be provided in Latin alphabet, and in the correct format (as required by the destination country). If a package can't be delivered due to an error in the shipping address, you will have to pay for any additional fees that may incur in order to reship the package (all sales are final and we are not able to refund you for your order). Thus, it is important to double check the address details upon checkout.

Packages Lost in Transit

For US customers, each package comes with tracking, so it is unlikely that your package(s) would be lost in transit. Rather, it could be delayed (e.g. by unforeseen circumstances such as service disruption due to Covid-19 safety measures, weather events, natural disasters, etc). If you still did not receive your package 1 to 2 weeks after its estimated delivery date, do for assistance no later than 3 weeks after the orderā€™s estimated delivery date.

Similarly for international customers, kindly if you are facing the same problem. (Note: International packages may only have partial tracking, depending on the country. We will only be liable if the package is lost in transit before it reaches the destination country, not after. This is because once the package is accepted at the border, it will be handed over to your local carrier/postal service instead. Additionally, due to Covid-19 border closures, delivering to overseas may take significantly longer (extra 1 to 2 weeks on top of estimated delivery date). Unclaimed Packages

Any packages that go unclaimed are returned to us, and you will be liable for any reshipment fees (all sales are final and we are not able to refund you for your order). Example, for international customers, your package may be subjected to customs duties and taxes, depending on your country of residence. If your package is being held at your local post office or delivery center for pickup and customs fees payment, kindly remember to do so within their given time frame.

Delivered Packages

If a package was marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, but you are unable to locate it, please reach out to the carrier immediately to inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery staff. Usually, the package was left in an unexpected location at the customer's address. For example: "Left under the table on the back porch". You may also stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

Unfortunately, we do not cover refunds due to carrier errors or packages marked as "delivered", so please reach out to the respective carrier for a solution. We seek your kind understanding and support on this matter.

Other Reasons

While we make every effort to give you accurate information in our size guides, there could still be a slight difference of anywhere between 0.5 to 1.2 inches (1 to 3 cm), due to the nature of manual measurement and variations during manufacturing process. These are beyond our control and Gamest Geek is not responsible for sizing variations within these limits.

In addition, the actual colors (e.g. hue and saturation) of a product may vary slightly from what is represented on screen, due to variations in screen display settings, lighting and photography limitations. It may also vary slightly across different product types, materials, fabric colors, etc. Again, this is quite common and expected. Therefore, we do not offer refunds for this reason as well.

However, if you find the artwork misprinted (which would be deemed as printing error), then please do not hesitate to so we can sort it out for you.

Changes to Our Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify our refund policy at any time. Changes and clarifications will take immediate effect upon their posting on our website.
